"This restaurant is an absolute gem, the selection on the menu, the service, everything is just incredible. My absolute favorite choice would have to be the Koshary Plate with a double portion of Kebdeh although the walk 20 meters to the nearby tram stop afterwards is no small feat on such a full stomach. I highly highly recommend here if you haven't been already!"

"Today I visited an Egyptian restaurant in Berlin. I had been craving authentic Egyptian food for a long time, and luckily I found a place close to the hotel where I am staying called Meya Meya. The owner is Egyptian, his name is Mina, and he is also the chef. I had authentic Egyptian koshari, as well as a mixed plate of falafel, fava beans, eggplant, French fries, and fresh green salad with tahini. The food was absolutely delicious and tasted just like homemade Egyptian food. The restaurant’s decor is simple with a lovely Egyptian touch. Most of the guests were German, which shows how much the food is appreciated by everyone. The prices are very reasonable for the quality and cleanliness, which were both excellent. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who is craving authentic Egyptian cuisine. Thank you very much to the owner and chef Mina and his wife. I wish them continued success and prosperity."
